* Add better support for LW2 and other mods. EvacAll ability will now be added to any character with the Evac ability instead of a fixed list of supported types.
* Removed old legacy implementation (pre Alien Hunters).
So I think that change may need to be recognised in some changes to this mod. At some point when you fancy, of course.
( for exampel i wanna use everyone exept "steady wepond " and "los preview", but i would like to still only use ONE mod for all of it)

No. Just your troopers. Giving the enemies an extra ability wiould mean having to edit their AI so they will actually use that new ability.

For character template perks, it just assumes it's looking for something integral to the unit and not an item, so it's non-functioning. I know this because I ran into the issue when I was figuring out how to give SPARKs suppression by default that wasn't instantly unlocked through their class.
Though I believe there's already a mod that does that, can't remember the name of it though.

More Default Soldier Abilities
Loaded up an existing game (a no mods, testing one) and got to the start of a guerilla operation:
All four soldiers had two instances of the LOS Preview action icons (movement and LoS)
Started a new game. Gatecrasher:
All four soldiers had two instances of the LOS Preview action icons (movement and LoS)
Got them all killed (which went against the grain) and used Restart Mission:
All four soldiers had two instances of the LOS Preview action icons (movement and LoS)
[Edit: Added that as a request on the Steady Weapon page, think a response is unlikely though as the last time the author posted there was in March. We'll see]
As for LOS Preview, can you detail a bit more? Like is this duplicated with all soldiers, only certain ones, etc? (And if it's only certain ones, are you using the toolbox?)

I'm not using LW Perk Pack
I've set UsingSteady = true
With this mod running I notice two issues:
1 - Duplicated ability icons for Preview Movement and Preview LoS from LOS Preview
2 - The Steady Weapon ability is being added to shotguns and cannons. Even though I've got these values set in XComGameData_SteadyWeapon.ini:
STEADY_WEAPON_DISABLED_ARRAY[0]=cannon
STEADY_WEAPON_DISABLED_ARRAY[1]=shotgun
it has the same hunker down modification as a 'narrative hook'
At a guess, no. The only bug I know of with Evac All is the Neutralise Hostile VIP mission one, and there're a couple of fixes detailed on the Evac All page. I don't use ABA though, not a fan of the Skittles ADVENT aesthetic, perhaps you could expand on what the issue is?
