All around me are familiar faces...
[+DG+] Sir_Castic 27 May, 2020 @ 7:57pm
how on earth does this turn everyone into possessed lunatic lepers? mechanically how does that work? is it perhaps calling a trait by ID, but we get an off-by-one error?
Green Man 17 May, 2020 @ 3:08pm
lol I found it why everyone was going crazy
w.girl27 6 Apr, 2020 @ 1:52pm
this mods good but it has a gamebreaking flaw it seems to drive 90 percent of characters mad as in they nearly all get lunatic and possesed out of nowhere
Kane [ESP] 23 Mar, 2020 @ 3:30am
Hey there.

I have found that this mod increases insanely the leper / possesed / lunatic amount of people and it makes the game unplayable.

It is sad, because the mod is really cool, but I dont recommend to use it.
dumbfish 5 Jan, 2020 @ 7:05pm
:diplomacy:mod is broken as of now and it's useless if you have Holy Fury installed as HF adds tiered scars:diplomacy:
Not Ela 9 Sep, 2019 @ 9:11am
Warning don't use this mod. For me at least, this mod cause everyone to become lunatic
Nébulya 16 May, 2019 @ 8:27am
It's sad that it's not updated anymore :/ It was a great mod!
Hunter 7 May, 2019 @ 9:15pm
THIS MOD WILL TURN EVERYONE INTO POSSESSED LUNATIC LEPERS DO NOT USE
Fine 22 Apr, 2019 @ 7:00pm
Holy Fury (or at least one of the accompanying updates) has made this mod obsolete; the scarred trait stacks by default now
Sp00n.exe 21 Feb, 2019 @ 6:25pm
THANK YOU claudiassj. I was having problems with everyone being possessed / lunatic - it's a shame it was this mod!
AreysAK 7 Feb, 2019 @ 2:03pm
It does not work with Holy Fury: basically everyone gets the possessed/lunatic traits.
TWrecks 9 Dec, 2018 @ 11:00pm
Yeah this doesn't work in Holy Fury yet.

It's a real shame to. This was a great mod.
Morgoro 22 Nov, 2018 @ 11:47pm
I think this mod is not doesn't work with Holy Fury. Everyone in my game was a Possessed Lunatic until i disabled this mod
King Frederick II 21 Sep, 2018 @ 9:57am

I love this mod, but I jjust encountered a bug. The scars from a wound and the scars from a wound and the scars from a maiming don't stack. Other than that, great!
Echo Maker 4 Aug, 2017 @ 9:12pm
this mod is simple but great and i love it for that :steamhappy:
Valsalan 21 Jul, 2017 @ 6:21pm
While I appreciate what you are trying to do, and agree that CK2 needs some way to reward veterancy, I feel that it should not be through scars; scars themselves usually denote failure: you failed to block an attack, you failed to control your bike, you failed to keep your grip and fell off the wall, etc... Moreover injury is not guaranteed in battle, as a lucky/good fighter can go their whole life without any serious injury. Furthermore scars are not always the sign of glorious battle: a man who was pushed off a tower as a child, got drunk and fell down the stairs, kicked a cat and got maimed by it, and was pushed off a balcony by his ward would be heavily scarred despite never setting foot on the battlefield--and would be mocked for his scars because they were obtained from trivial things. I don't mean to be pejorative, mearly realistic, and your mod achieves what it aims for.
vineetmohindra 11 Jul, 2017 @ 3:49am
wow, it adds some more reality to the game :steamhappy:
JonXCIX 9 Jun, 2017 @ 3:32pm
I see that there are 4 levels of scars, and coincidentally there are also 4 different scar portraits. Is it possible to make the actual portrait scars stack too, so progressivly your face is more and more scarred until you have scars all over?
robkenyon  [author] 21 Oct, 2016 @ 4:13am
@Ye Olde Fool, yeah I thought it made more sense for the wounds to take longer to heal as the character gets older. Thanks for pointing the immortal trait out, didn't think of that, I'll change the modifiers.
Ye Olde Fool 18 Oct, 2016 @ 1:56am
I like the idea. Good work!

Looking at the code you've added, I see that you made it so that the character recovering from being wounded takes progressively longer the more they are older than 40. Makes sense, since healing is harder as people get older.

However, I'm pretty sure that this doesn't account for characters that have managed to gain the immortal trait (extremely rare, but it does happen) and for whom age is irrelevant. An additional line in each of the age modifiers could fix that, but then again it's a very unlikely trait to get outside of console commands, so... *shrugs*
Capt. Pottypie 16 Oct, 2016 @ 2:34pm
Event 6082 if I'm correct.
robkenyon  [author] 16 Oct, 2016 @ 2:31pm
I haven't actually come across that event. Might add that in with higher MTTH for the higher level scars, then maybe remove the health penalty. Thanks for the heads up.
Capt. Pottypie 16 Oct, 2016 @ 2:11pm
Agree with most of this except for the fact CK2 already has the event for an old wound becoming troublesome/infected.
Limse 15 Oct, 2016 @ 6:47am
Maybe you could erase the number next to the trait ? I think this a little "too much", if you change to express that your character has many scars... I think it should fit better ;) Nice mod btw cool add to the game !
say nizzy innit 14 Oct, 2016 @ 1:23pm
if you ever want help doing simple event work just message
robkenyon  [author] 14 Oct, 2016 @ 12:16pm
Nice idea! Maybe once I've finished my other mods I'll do that. Would be a lot of work coding events that gave you the higher levels, but I'll have a think about it.
The Burger King 13 Oct, 2016 @ 11:06pm
Somewhat stingy, Greedy, Hoarder for the greedy trait?? That would be interesting.
say nizzy innit 13 Oct, 2016 @ 3:12pm
sounds cool. you ever thought about leveling for other traits
Pazoozoo 13 Oct, 2016 @ 1:18am
This reminds of Total War: Medieval 2...which is a good thing ;)
Pazoozoo 13 Oct, 2016 @ 1:17am
@Dithon1 Shouldn't be too hard to edit this mod to work with AGOT, biggest thing is to remember to set dependencies to AGOT mod.
robkenyon  [author] 13 Oct, 2016 @ 12:07am
@Dithon1 I haven't seen the files for AGOT but yeah, as it's an overhaul I doubt it is compatible out of the box. I'll have a look when I have time.
Dithon1 12 Oct, 2016 @ 11:30pm
Nice idea. Think you could make one compatable with AGOT? It's on version 1.3 now. Trait numbers are something like eight units higher than vanilla because of some custom ones they stuck in the middle, so this won't work right out of the box.
Six 12 Oct, 2016 @ 9:24pm
Nice idea
robkenyon  [author] 12 Oct, 2016 @ 8:46am
@Kana35 thanks, that would be very kind, I'll PM you the text files later :)
