Anyway my question: Have you considered making these hireable by the southern humans? These would fit very nicely with Cataph´s Southlands mod, and ogres were in Dogs of War army rules back in the day.
Its about creating rigid models, it fixed many mods so I guess you can ask him...
Like an example an Empire Man eater might be wearing Imperial Armor or pieces of it allover his body
And an Orc Man Eater will be covered in head to toe in Crued orcish armor and perhaps have an oversized battle axe
The only factions I can think of not ever using ogre mercenaries are the Bretonnians, who have a no-mercenary policy. I suppose the Beastmen don't use them either, but that's mainly because of geographical separation, and how few stories and details we get of the Beastmen compared to the other factions.
If you were to limit them to one faction, the ogres definately have the greater affinity with the Greenskins, even down to the goblin toadies. With Age of Sigmar, GW even gave players to option of putting them in the same army.

That unit list might help you with further ideas for these, also on the same forum you could reference the dogs of war list and the Empire for more ideas. :)
Besides the beasts and snotling contraptions, all units should be doable with converting the dwarf bases. I think the Leadbelchers and Maneaters are what I would like to see most as they're auxilary clothing would make them fit really well with an Empire contingent...
