cant see cult, carroburg and middenland.

I got every faction (even the non-humans) but the Cult of Ulric and Carroburg won't appear.

been trying alot of different unit mods lately but still there is only one mod series that actually brings depth in unit rooster in the Empire states wich is Radeous ( aka having the very same units and apperance on all of em) ..is this worth time time to test? or is it 11 factions made out of 1 faction ?
