Water is one of the dodgiest functions of the engine so it's not possible.
Most of the console commands don't have the archive flag so you'll have to either manually set the every time you load the game, or put them in your autoexec.cfg file.
They're part of the compiled C++ binaries that come with the game, so I can't fix that, as Lua-created console commands are blacklisted from recreating existing commands to prevent abuse.
Probably just the engine having a hiccup. This script does nothing except provide a UI for console commands that come with the game.
Getting over Covid still, but I'll see about changing the slider labels themselves to it.
I cannot. You'll have to add them to your autoexec.cfg file manually.
