Report a translation problem
You'll have to modify the variantmeshdefinition for your unit to add the gun's appearance. Take a look at my mod under that category, and you ought to be able to figure it out.
Dwarves don't feature very heavily in TW:WH2, and most mods which make them playable tend to do weird things to the overall campaign.
I'll consider it once things stabilize, or if CA decides to throw in a playable dwarven race. Count on it ;)

I'd be happy to set up some Irondrakes with grenade launchers, but Ironbreakers are already pretty versatile as it is. Particularly with this mod. Grenade launchers would only be an upgrade to the default ironbreaker model, which seems a pointles powergrab. I'm not sure if Irondrakes would be much more effective with grenade launchers rather than the flamethrower, but they'd sure look cool!
I'll see what I can do this weekend.
