Nice work. So immersive to have Skyrim more alive. Thank you for sharing. Upvoted.

Went to sleep in the inn in Solitude, I was alone and it was nice... I wake up and like 20 travelling alchemists and apothecaries are IN MY ROOM staring at me while I sleep. Then they just leave, not a word being said, in a single file line. It was GLORIOUS.

Love this mod, thanks so much.
A group of them got stuck north of Riverwood, standing on the west side of the White River after a troll spawned on the east side... hilarious, all of them in battle mode yelling and waving weapons but going no further than knee deep in the water, while the troll wouldn't cross either but kept up its troll jumps up and down and arm-waving... thanks for another absurd and great Skyrim moment.
Dude McBroguy 15 Mar, 2020 @ 6:39pm
I've noticed some of the Apothecaries appear and only their head garb, hands, and feet are visible - their torso and legs are invisible. Not sure why.
magus_darklighter 2 Mar, 2020 @ 4:22am
Haven't played this game in YEARS. Saw this was highly recommended by a lot of old school players of Skyrim as a must have mod.
I have to agree with the last statement from The Slender Man should of been in the base game and really nice seeing all these new mods now as when I last played the game there was around 10-20 total only on nexus.
Great job keep up the excellent work.:47_thumb_up:
The Slender Man 21 Jan, 2020 @ 8:22pm
This is Possibly one of the most UNDERRATED Major lore friendly immersion mods available. Like this LITERALLY should have been in the original game.. You'd EXPECT to see travelers and traveling merchants fights conversations & all sorts of things on the road from point A to Point B.. not just some wolves & Saber cats... My Hats of to this Mod's Creator(s).. THIS is a MUST HAVE for anyone that loves Immersion. #Welldone
Heal Puppy 13 Jan, 2020 @ 8:56pm
Is this compatible with other adventurer/more npc mods? Just to get a more populated skyrim.
Wisteria 2 Nov, 2018 @ 5:26pm
Although one of the "extra" travelers sometimes tries to take over someone's shop (Belethor, for example), I love having the extra people to sell to.
Sartur  [author] 19 Jun, 2018 @ 12:34pm
@Totality
From what I gather this seems to be more or less 'normal' NPC behavior when they encounter a corpse. It does look odd, but luckly doesn't happent too often.

I've been using the mod a long time now, and I've never had to debug any of their inventories to date. Very nicely made, enjoy the added immersiveness. Along with several other mods I have to add people, Skyrim now seems to be full of life. Wanted to thank you for this awesome mod. Also, did you ever find/fix the problem of them gathering around bodies? I haven't noticed it recently, but I don't think I've repeated the circumstances under which the bug occured again since.
Sartur  [author] 14 Jun, 2018 @ 7:36am
@Cobalt-The-Fox
I glad you enjoy it - thank you!
Ashathina 6 Jun, 2018 @ 5:18pm
It adds more npc's to shoot in the face with arrows. What more could you want?

Great mod! Thanks! :D
Sartur  [author] 1 Apr, 2018 @ 12:41pm
Last time I tried it would create a new file instead of updating the existing one. But it has been quite a while so I'll have to give it another try someday.
なかの31 1 Apr, 2018 @ 12:28pm
I see, then I'll get the mod from Nexus.
Also, didn't noticed updating a mod on Steam Workshop was broken, I could update a few difficulty mods I made normally.
Sartur  [author] 1 Apr, 2018 @ 5:23am
Since uploading mod updates to the Skyrim Steam Workshop is broken the mod will remain at version 1.41 for the foreseeable future.
If you are interested in the updates I highly recommend switching over to Nexus Mods.
なかの31 31 Mar, 2018 @ 5:31pm
Is this version still being updated? I saw this mod on Nexus Mods and It is getting regular updates, here shows that has only one update.
Involved 17 Jan, 2018 @ 11:43am
I see.
Sartur  [author] 17 Jan, 2018 @ 4:29am
@Involved
The proper voice sets don't feature the voice lines required for the NPCs, thus I used voice sets from different races in a few places.
Involved 16 Jan, 2018 @ 6:34pm
Some of your NPCs have the wrong voice attached to them. In particular, there is a female Argonian apothecary whom every time I encounter her speaks with a female Imperial voice.
RustedCutlass717 5 Jan, 2018 @ 11:52pm
SO MUCH ALCHEMY. Literally, the Alchemists and Apothecaries are EVERYWHERE. Perhaps add is a few more mechants to balance that, cause they feel too far and between. Overall, solid mod. I love finding a potential follower when i most need it.
Sartur  [author] 7 Nov, 2017 @ 4:43am
@StarNate
No, you don't have to start a new game.
StarNate 7 Nov, 2017 @ 4:02am
lol you're a modder and you don't know the term save friendly? lol wow. It means, if you subscribe, will it apply to your current file, or do you need to start a fresh game for it to work properly?
Sartur  [author] 7 Nov, 2017 @ 3:34am
@StarNate
What do you mean by save friendly?
If you are concerned about save bloating the mod only relies on two small scripts.
StarNate 6 Nov, 2017 @ 4:58pm
it save friendly?
Agent Orange 20 Jul, 2017 @ 6:15pm
Nice work if I added anything I would maybe add a rogue class that uses dagger and secondary of crossbow that's focus is on pick locks and stealing. Dunno if possible but a suggestion.
Sartur  [author] 18 Jul, 2017 @ 9:13am
@jessy-ell
I'm glad to hear you enjoy the mod! :)
Lord 18 Jul, 2017 @ 9:08am
Makes Skyrim feel so much more alive (and my carry load lighter). Great mod! Thanks for uploading!
Sartur  [author] 4 Jul, 2017 @ 12:17am
@Involved
I'll have a look at it, thank you!
Involved 3 Jul, 2017 @ 8:55pm
Thank you. Also, I found a bug unintenally. It seems that if you stay in an area for a while with at least one corpse, your travelers will pile up around it. They just sit there with their arms extended towards the body. It's strange to witness.
Sartur  [author] 3 Jul, 2017 @ 9:32am
@Involved
Yes they do, the chest are located in an isolated cell called m0tos_MerchantRoom.
So you’ll either have to teleport there or directly edit them via the CK.
Involved 3 Jul, 2017 @ 9:12am
Do they have invintory chests and if so where are they located? While this works great with my other mods, occassionally I must debug a mechant inventory and the easiest way for me to do this is by having direct access to thier chests.
Sartur  [author] 1 May, 2017 @ 9:55am
@The Slender Man
Thank you! :)
The Slender Man 30 Apr, 2017 @ 11:20am
Great mod.. played with a new character and the people flow nicely no hng ups in the world becasue of the new characters and the extra merchents traveling the road is great.. saves me some trips to the cities.. Great job!!
The Slender Man 8 Apr, 2017 @ 12:12am
I Think its awesome you made them Killable and respawn.. really adds to the medeival immersion Subbed & 1+
Ghost 2 Apr, 2017 @ 5:49am
huh
Sartur  [author] 2 Apr, 2017 @ 5:39am
@Ghost
Hi :),
this version of Travellers of Skyrim doesn't add any new items like backpacks. Most likely another mod you are using is adding the backpacks to the travellers.
Ghost 1 Apr, 2017 @ 7:11pm
they have backpacks but the backpacks have names in different languages
Storm_at_Sea 3 Mar, 2017 @ 5:29am
Thanks, but I don't use nexus (or any extra site requiring another account, for a game that needed an account to start with)... it's just a pet peeve of mine. :) Thanks tho.
Sartur  [author] 3 Mar, 2017 @ 3:56am
@Storm_at_Sea
If you want to customise your experience have a look at the optional mods available at the Skyrim Nexus / TES Alliance (links at the bottom of the mod page). The Custom Travellers patcher might be what you are looking for.
Storm_at_Sea 3 Mar, 2017 @ 3:29am
This is nice to add some people but all I seem to run into are mages. I'll probably uninstall next time I jump out of game. No offense, sure some like that, but I don't. Perhaps you can make a warrior/archer (non-mage) heavy version?:arrow:

Try sorting your load order and make sure you aren't using any of the optional files available at the Nexus.

Sartur  [author] 13 Feb, 2017 @ 4:05am
@ElderGamer1
Tamriel Travellers was definately one of the inspirations for me to create this mod. :)

@pauldrye
A light version with roughly half the travellers is available at the Skyrim Nexus / TES Alliance. Just have a look at the links at the bottom of the mod’s descriptions.
ElderGamer1 11 Feb, 2017 @ 2:30pm
I mainly travel off-road but I am happy to see the occassional merchant...Ty for a needed mod reminds me of Tamriel Travelors abit..
