Still too bright, as you can see. Maybe try to replicate brightness levels of KF-Outpost, and apply it on yours? Oh and also, zeds get stuck frequently near those:

Alright then, I tested this here map in endless survival, it was pretty good, mostly in 100-130 fps range, sometimes it dropped to high 90's, but nothing to worry about, pretty good framerate now.
The only annoyance that I was frequently dealing with - that when the Zed Time kicks in - you can't see sh[it
Literally. The map is so bright already, and as you know, Zed Time makes your vision even brighter, so that's that on that, and it results that you can't see where are the zeds +30 in-game meters away (or something). Maybe turn down on the brightness just a bit, and everything will be perfect!
Console peasant experience at choppy, cinematic 45-50 fps on average is not even close to "good enough", especially in a neurotic game like KF2. Like, what went wrong here? Your night version of the same map is running at a very acceptable and very comfortable 90-120 fps all the time, so what is the excuse for sub 60 fps on this 'un?
p/s: cant reach more than 40fps

I'd defently recommend the map to others.
I'm a youtuber who makes videos about custom made content for games, such as KF2 maps.
I noticed your map some weeks ago and got around to finishing a video of your excellent map, which I hope is okay.
If you want to see the video, here's a link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0PMbjyJEhNM
Regards, Siv.
I found two glitches.
It’s better if I show you with a video:
