PS: HK works fine in WotC but I noticed his voice cannot be changed and he has a human voice in my game. May be a mod conflict here.

Dear RM, we are extremely pleased with the performance of our HK unit. However, we have two comments about the Assassination Protocol:
- We think it is simply too strong; giving the XCOM team an unfair advantage over ADVENT. Perhaps you could make the mark ability turn ending, so beta strike Sectopods and Gatekeepers have at least a chance to survive a turn?
- Security Towers are exploitable: If HK takes a look at a Security Tower (but does not hack it), he still gains Information Gathering (maybe even two points at once).

Whoa. I just unlocked sparks and found in the proving grounds multiple Mechanical Assassins. After doing the Mechanical Assassins multiple HK units are listed along with the Mechanical Assassins.

I have other buildable units like Geth and a COD bot so maybe these mods are not playing nice together?

Any idea what the path is for the HK file? I'd like to alter it for some buffs I have in mind.

This mod glitched out all of my default armor. Some characters can use other parts but most can only use the HK parts. I tried downloading that cosmetic transition mod but that didn't fix the issue.

I had a HK droid but when I upgraded armor he changed into a human and I can't find the droid in the customize menu. I have another mod that let's you have the HK droid as armor but I still can't find it in menu. I tried removing that mod but still nothing.

I'm trying to create a droid (or any of the other Allies Unknown races) in the character pool, but every time I switch to one of the rookie casses for the race the game crashes.

What am I doing wrong here?

@darkzero: unsurprising, given fireborn's kind of a dick. Seems sometimes like he thinks his is the only mod worth subbing in the Workshop. least we have guys like Reality and Der around who actually take the time to try and fix stuff ;)

Very possibly stupid question, but is it possible to have the droids' customization options available for human characters too? Or does the mod already do that?

@RealityMachina: I think I located the source of the conflict. Unsurprisingly A friendly AI mod...seems to be the culprit.

Yeah, still seems to crash anytime I try to change the cosmetics or name of the unit.

@RealityMachina: That's correct. I know for a fact my HK unit hit at least seven times, during an extremely long mission.

The HK-Unit's immunities should show up as a passive skill yes? If so then its safe to assume the commanders choice mod I'm using doesn't play nice with it.

@Darkzero Don't know, I don't use Commander's Choice mods.

As for the issue with the assassination protocol, can you be a bit more specific with how it's not working? Is it not detecting that you have attacked with the same HK unit at least five times?

Hmm. I'm having issues with the assassination protocols not working.

Also one quick question.... Will commanders choice cause any bugs if I'm unhappy with the droids class. Bare in mind I have probably twenty class mods.

@Delta: the problem with Geth is the heads. no one's yet found a way to remove the floating eyes and teeth without screwing up everyone else who NEEDS them, and they can't be hidden in a Geth head via clever posing like the Salarian mod (which had a similar problem) because Geth heads are... well... how they are. rest assured once Kexx finds out how to do it, he'll be right on it.

@Reality: Assume Twi'leks are on the way ;) I mentioned previously that they could get some kinda ability that either lets them automatically return fire, or have increased dodge because they can read body language so well (as mentioned before, because their language is half vocal and half physical movements of their Lekku). Sent a friend request 'cause I' m hoping to be able to help ya out with some ideas as race models come out to be made into these :)

Hmm...considering all the mass effect races I've seen for allies unknown, could the same sort of thing used in this mod be used for Geth?

Or, maybe a slightly different question, could a SPARK-like unit be set to be recruited, rather than built? Sometimes, I wish I knew how to mod.

These are SPARK pawns? Using human rigs? I didn't know that was possible. I thought the pawn determined what rig it would use. This might open up nice possibilities in the future, is this true?

Also congrats on another fantastic addition to the AU mod! Loving it!
