They start to get free Pottery at King difficulty and upper, among other benefits. This mod removes Free Pottery for all those difficulties but has no effect under King difficulty.
glad you like :)
thanks for your comment!
as said in the mod description, its a common steam issue, just clear your mod cache by following the steps described in the troubleshooting section.
regards.
Thans for this moD!
Glad you like it, the belief mod is my favorite and its the one whos taken the longest time to develop =)
No problem! =)
Other afvantages of the AI? name it lol free starting units, free tech, production speed bonus, etc... , im ok with other advantage to improve their game play but the pottery was just ruining the religion founding and it came from vanilla Civ before G&K when religion was released.
Compatibility:
-Tested for Brave New World Expansion and fully functional.

Not in my collections, i dont know about other mod though
The likely reason they got their faith so early would be getting faith from ruins or from meeting religious city states.
its an intesresting suggestion, though it will also affect Human players.
Ill think about this one.
Thanks for your suggestion and your comment! =)
this only reduce one of their cheat and if you play against a celt youre done they will get it first anyway. Use IGE to test ull see that this mod does what it says, remove starting pottery from AI.
There is no problems with the mods, i assure you. Track the compouter behavior using Ige to see why they got it before you in your particuliar case.
yes thats why =) , np, im glad you like it !
Hi BlouBlou, thank you for the substantial explanation.Obviously it works :)) (I did not know about the cache folder before) . I love your mods, which imho are among the best there are for Civ V .
Regards
Hi silma, thank you for your comment and interest in that mod, your issue is a common issue with any mod on steam workshop.
The classic solution is to:
1) Unsubscribe The mod, exit steam and civ 5 completly
2) empty your mod folder :
C:\Documents and Settings\[YOUR USERNAME]\My documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\MODS
3) Delete the Civ5ModsDatabase.db
located at:
C:\Documents and Settings\[YOUR USERNAME]\My documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\cache
4) Restart steam, subscribe, restart civ 5.
It should download fine after that, i personaly have to do that often.
Regards
Since I really like your mod: could you upload it on http://www.civfanatics.com ,or any other place you might prefer, from where I could download it and stuff it manually into my mods folder ?
this will work for all difficulties where the AI were getting the free tech pottery.
