Cool!
Dragon Ferocity  [author] 27 May, 2018 @ 6:54am
@xnadu27: To use the full version of MRSS and the new version of PD would still require a patch (but a very small patch to change the pre-scripted systems that exist in the new version), however the new version of PD and MRSS: Slim should work without any extra work.
Chastity the Celibate 27 May, 2018 @ 6:53am
Considering it runs a script at the beginning of the game replacing a percentage of vanilla planets with PD planets, they should spawn wherever vanilla planets can spawn.
Dragon Ferocity  [author] 27 May, 2018 @ 6:51am
@xnadu27: I'll have to look into it
Chastity the Celibate 27 May, 2018 @ 3:11am
What about the new PD? I was thinking this patch is unnecessary with that.
Chastity the Celibate 31 Mar, 2018 @ 5:58pm
Ok
Dragon Ferocity  [author] 31 Mar, 2018 @ 5:49pm
@xnadu27: It would be better to use MRSS Slim and PD together. That should work just fine.
Dragon Ferocity  [author] 31 Mar, 2018 @ 5:49pm
@xnadu27: Uh, that's a good question. Unfortunately, this patch will make the game's solar systems spawn as if you had MRSS enabled, however there will be some components of MRSS missing.
Chastity the Celibate 31 Mar, 2018 @ 5:07pm
Is this necessary for the Slim version?
Dragon Ferocity  [author] 28 Mar, 2018 @ 2:13pm
@holysarsil: Try This Patch and let me know if you experience any issues. Thanks!
holynarsil 28 Mar, 2018 @ 7:53am
I have 1.9 version of PD, need a patch that support the 1.9 versions of MRSS and PD please~
Dragon Ferocity  [author] 3 Mar, 2018 @ 12:42pm
@svill311: No, not presently. If you would like a patch for a previous version of PD though, I can provide one.
terminsel35 3 Mar, 2018 @ 10:38am
Will this still support the 1.9 versions of MRSS and PD?
Dragon Ferocity  [author] 29 Sep, 2017 @ 8:52am
@dwightlooi: I have released the bug fix, and I also realized that I forgot to update the random planet lists with the planet types from PD (which should be fixed now as well).
Dragon Ferocity  [author] 29 Sep, 2017 @ 6:38am
@dwightlooi: Hmmm... Well I'll continue to look into it. I will be releasing a bug fix later today, so perhaps that will fix the issue your experiencing!
dwightlooi 29 Sep, 2017 @ 6:25am
The only other thing I had was a mod I made myself to reduce the sizes of galaxies and increase the number of civilizations... 150 for tiny, 250 for small, 10 civilizations in tiny, 16 in small, etc. I like tight games where everyone has only a few planets and competitors on all sides. Shouldn't affect anything. Unchecking my mod doesn;t change anything. Launching with yours causes stellaris to crash to desktop when you begin a game.
Dragon Ferocity  [author] 28 Sep, 2017 @ 7:01am
@dwightlooi: What other mods are you using? I just launched a game with Planetary Diversity and this patch, and MRSS enabled and I was able to start a new game of stellaris and it loaded the solar system successfully. (Are you playing with the new DLC as well?)
dwightlooi 27 Sep, 2017 @ 9:55pm
Crashes 1.80 confirmed
Dunestyler 26 Jun, 2017 @ 6:03am
ofc.
Dragon Ferocity  [author] 26 Jun, 2017 @ 5:54am
@Dunestyler: I'll look into it, but not garuntees if I can't make the files play nicely.
Dunestyler 26 Jun, 2017 @ 3:25am
can you add a patch of this kind for the stellar energy mod?
Admiral von Spee 16 May, 2017 @ 1:46pm
I have the same problems with megastructures - "they don't display properly and the description is just _DESC" how do i fix it??
Ricky4Eyes 15 May, 2017 @ 2:09am
This may be causing an issue with megastructures - they don't display properly and the description is just _DESC. I do not have this problem using either mod separately.
DefenderofFuture 12 May, 2017 @ 3:49pm
That was quick! Just booted it up and set up a game as an observer, looks like it works perfectly. Thanks!
Dragon Ferocity  [author] 12 May, 2017 @ 2:39pm
Thanks for telling me, I just realized what I did... I'll fix it right away.
Zoe 12 May, 2017 @ 12:52pm
having the same bug as DefenderofFuture - only base game planets are generated. PD planets generate fine if MRSS and the compatability patch are turned off.
DefenderofFuture 12 May, 2017 @ 12:36pm
Only seeing non-pd planets generated outside empire starting regions in my current game. Empires have PD planets as homeworlds, galaxy just seems to have not generated more. Not sure if this is a bug or just chance.
Dragon Ferocity  [author] 22 Apr, 2017 @ 7:35pm
It should, check to make sure that your friends version of the mod is the same. I have a friend who sometimes has an issue where some steam mods won't actually get subsribed because steam can't access a certain file on his computer. Long story short, he has to go into safe-mode and delete a file then boot up normally and it fixes it.
5eudo 22 Apr, 2017 @ 7:34pm
Thank you, also, is this meant to work in multiplayer? Can't seem to get MRSS & PD to work with a friend.
Dragon Ferocity  [author] 22 Apr, 2017 @ 6:35pm
I should be able to look into this this coming week. I should have some time.
Greyscale 22 Apr, 2017 @ 3:35pm
Couple people have reported issues with resource etc tiles with AlphaMod

It would be super good if an enlarged compatbility between these could be done, would happily donate a game or $$ for the cause!
5eudo 19 Apr, 2017 @ 5:34am
I managed to fix it by going into workshop/content/281990/831228920/Aplanetarydiversityzstarsystems.zip/common/solar_system_initializers > special_systems_initializers and changing the planet class of Earth, you had it set to use ideal class, changing it to class = "pc_continental" fixed it
5eudo 18 Apr, 2017 @ 6:42pm
It seems only MR Star Systems does this, with planetary diversity turned off it still changes the texture until I disable MRSS
5eudo 18 Apr, 2017 @ 6:39pm
Please look into Earth's texture being changed to a generic texture when using these mods together when you have time
Dragon Ferocity  [author] 15 Apr, 2017 @ 7:27am
@Rohzdear: I can look into it.
Rohzdear 15 Apr, 2017 @ 12:37am
Thanks for the update.

Do you think you could make a patch between MRSS, PD and Alphamod?
Dragon Ferocity  [author] 8 Apr, 2017 @ 4:57pm
Should be fixed!
Tony 8 Apr, 2017 @ 11:17am
Yeah, shows not compatible still. If it technically is, cool, but I really hate that incompatible flag...
Cylindryk 8 Apr, 2017 @ 11:12am
In mod list it still apears as not comatible with 1.5 Banks. :/
Dragon Ferocity  [author] 8 Apr, 2017 @ 8:33am
@Nilserich: As long as PD doesn't add any new planets. This patch just adjusts how the planets spawn.
Nilserrich 8 Apr, 2017 @ 8:23am
Uhh? PD has not received an update yet. How can this patch work for Banks / Utopia?
Dragon Ferocity  [author] 22 Feb, 2017 @ 7:44pm
Should be fixed!
[DMN N!] DamnitEbby 22 Feb, 2017 @ 6:02pm
It's because this patch hasn't been updated since before the last PD update, Rayn. Give it time, or dig around in the files yourself if you feel up to that headache.
=[AUX]= Rayn Sideways 9 Feb, 2017 @ 8:15pm
I noticed an issue: I've got MRRS, PD and this patch installed, but hothouse/post garden worlds don't seem to be spawning.
=[AUX]= Rayn Sideways 7 Feb, 2017 @ 9:33pm
If you open the .zip file for planetarydiversity and delete the folder "solar system classes" the game will default back to the solar system (and neighboring systems like Alpha Centauri and Sirius) that MR uses.
LITTLE DUCK 4 Feb, 2017 @ 2:51pm
When I run with just MR star systems, the game loads the appropriate trinary system; however, I've found that when I have Planetary Diversity enabled, Alpha Centauri defaults back to the base single star system design.
Arashi 10 Jan, 2017 @ 10:24pm
The compatch, or MRSS itself, appears to overwrite the tile/background changes for Gaia and Tomb worlds that Planetary Diversity adds.
Wijek 5 Jan, 2017 @ 9:46am
Okay, i will test it! Thanks in advance!
Dragon Ferocity  [author] 4 Jan, 2017 @ 3:06pm
@Wijek: I have not tested that combination yet. Go ahead and if it doesn't work, let me know and I'll see if I can't get all 3 of these mods to work together.
Wijek 4 Jan, 2017 @ 1:53pm
I cant use this patch and the AlphaMod patch together, or?
