All we need is a mod that lets us create them from a building - looks like a long project to me, I just don't understand how the tables all link together.
the fact the ai can use them when I don't even own the dlc -- in other words LETTING AI USE PAY TO WIN makes me want to kick the developers fucking teeth down their throat

Nevertheless cheers for the mod man, really apreciate it.
I started a campaign with it on. Turned it off and hired a RoR and saved. Reloaded the game with the mod back on and the RoRs were locked again. This is a great manual fix for the AI spamming walls of purple every round. Gonna play One & Done style now.
Basically any mod that doesn't add new RoR is compatible with this one, as my mod only disables the official ones. If a mod does add new RoR, then what will happen is my mod will disable all the default ones but the custom ones will still exist in game.
