Uhm. Probably not, no. You probably have some sort of conflicting mod present. I didn't change any models, only used the default ones. I believe, if memory serves, that the mask doesn't show on male characters, and that there's a mod to fix that.

is the ment to be that way? :(

Honestly, a large part of why I made this mod was because I loathed the look of the dark brotherhood armor. I hated the bondage-y feel. It seems far too skin-tight for what it needed. The theives guild sets, on the other hand, seemed far more apt. Alas, I haven't really taken the time to break into this mod. Everything must be made by hand, and the number of permutations is still quite high. I may actually go through and edit it at some point, but i'm fairly apathetic to the idea presently.

Either way, I appreciate the feedback, and I'm overall glad that its otherwise been well received.

I'm with MidoPidoFido. Great mod, but all of the Dark Brotherhood armor would be great. But if you're happy with how it is, leave it.

To be honest, i haven't really looked into any of the decisions i made when originally making this for quite some time. I really want to go back and remake it, include all the things, and balance it better, but i just can't get the fire under my butt to do so, at least not yet.

why have the unenchanted brotherhood shrouded hood and such have no armor rating? Would be nice if it still had the armor rating so i could benifit from that, as well as put whatever enchantments on it i wanted

Why is there no Dark Brotherhood light armor unenchanted set? I kinda thought it was Thieves Guild AND the Dark Brotherhood? All I can find is the Shrouded Hood in various versions

I do believe they have those perks associated with them. One of these days i'll actually go back and finish this mod -_-

i also like it but was wondering if the outfits use the perk bonus for having all the same kind of armor on, like if I wore nothing but glass i can get a bonus for wearing them together. do thise armors also use suck effects

Meant to say why put in a set of light armor without an armor rating, since it's just cloth. Not sure how many mages want to look like thieves. Anyways was looking for an unenchanted set of thieves guild armor that still had armor rating on it, so I could enchant it with what I wanted and not what the guild gives you. Found a mod that does this though already.

What's the purpose to light armor without armor rating?

Well was hopeing this would give me a set of unenchanted thieves guild armor but it has zero armor rating so only counts as cloth. Not sure why you wouldn't put in a set of light armor without armor rating on it though.

I'm guessing its your game, as I do not have much in the way of alterations done to the actual armors themselves. Most of the mod's items are cloth-based and thus exempt from armor upgrading.

1 problem I have had is that when you try to upgrade the guildmaster armor it says I lack the reguired smithing skill to upgrade magical armor even thought i have my smithing up to 100 and all the perks of it. Is it my game or is it the mod fault I can't tell.

Oh oke its on the Leather Objects. Where you can craft Leatherstripes. ^^

Stat bonuses etc. to help identify it so i can fix it would be appreciated

also, my mod is similar, it mainly adds backstab as an enchantment, and also adds some unenchanted default clothes for thieves, brotherhood and stuff.

yea, that's what i meant, but still messed up... oh well, at least i take a closer attention to detail for gear stats :D

s' is an abbreviation to s's like.. uhm... Lars's mod, or Lars' mod. They both correct and mean the same.

That's an easy fix... and dear god do i hate it when i spell things incorrectly... but it appears that actually, its just Thieves Guild. The Thieves do not own the guild but are a part of it, thusly i imagine it is instead a proper noun. So really, it should be Thieves Guild's, but that sounds akward, so instead it'll just be Thieves Guild [xxxx]. Thieves Guild Gloves, for example.

I imagine this could go a few ways though, that is to say, the concept of the "Thieves Guild" being the name of the organization or, instead, the "Thieve's Guild" implying that the guild that belongs to the thieves. Also, in terms of plurality and ownership, i seem to recall there being a very open area of interpretation in that you could use with the 's or the s' form and they'd mean roughly the same thing. Saras' or Sara's is appropriate in both cases denoting ownership to the group of Sara. Of course i could be completely wrong. My school system was pretty terrible to be honest...

That's the plan actually, i just have to push myself to do it, not to mention do a little pre-planning so i don't get myself all brain-tied. I also intend on remaking all the pieces, perhaps in their own subsection in the creation kit, and then making them all cost more in terms of making the sets (again, a soulgem class higher than presently and maybe adding ingredients as a requirement as well, like deathbell).

Can you make a Ancient shrouded armor replacer to look like the master theives guild armor?

@the 1999-guy it may be because of overloading the game, possibly by using tha command console to spawn millions of gold.

When you start Skyrim, there's the option to check which Data files load. Start turning your available mods off in batches, say half on half off. Play, if it crashes then its part of that half. Repeat process. If you still get crashes, they you probably still have another mod that's causing crashes so rinse and repeat.

Can you be more specific, why cant you? do you have the mats? have you found them in MISC on a Tanning rack? more info the better...
