Also, i think you should increase the chances for them to appearing even more, because rebirth is even easier than the original game. good job so far

1. Eternal small baby long legs and Eternal Mama Gurdy don't have sprites. I've met one of those baby long legs during a run and it was completely invisible. As for Eternal Mama Gurdy, I haven't found her yet, but her profile in the bestiary doesn't show any sprites, so I assume that she has this problem too.
2. Eternal Big Horn doens't have hands. Not sure how this is supposed to work in the mod, but when he spawns those little holes where his hands are supposed to be, nothing comes out of them and this makes him even easier that his non-eternal version.
3. All ordinary blisters and non-eternal versions of Little Horn always shoot eternal "smoke balls" for some reason.

Achievement Unlocked: All chapter 1 bosses now have eternal variants!
instead of making then just shoot 8 blood tears, make this.
eternal clotty: walk towards the player, making red creep and shooting 4 tears some times, when dies shoot 8 tears
eternal clot: walk towards the player, making black creep, sometimes shoots 4 tears and sometimes spawn a spider, when dies spawn 3 spiders
@Latias Llusion - I've got no idea why that's happening. I'll take a look at the challenge file.
But I have a problem with the custom challenge.
The challenge itself is fine and I like it, but it seems to be marking the goal wrong. For me, it says that the goal is Mom, but the challenge didn't end there and it only gave me the Negative and an Eternal Heart instead of the trophy.
I had to go all the way to the Dark Room, and even then I received a chest instead of a trophy.
I don't really mind having to play more, but you might want to take a look at that.
@remuh: More eternal bosses coming in an update tomorrow!
@MemeBait: Re-creating many of the original eternal boss patterns would be difficult, as a lot of things they were able to do in the original game are not possible with the current mod API. I'll take a look though, I might be able to at least take inspiration from them.
Worthy of note is that champions now spawn as enemy variants rather than destroying enemies that have already spawned and replacing them. This is a pretty big change code-wise, but it makes things run much smoother, both in terms of compatibility with other mods/updates and in terms of game performance. I point this out because if there are any new bugs caused by the change, you should make sure to let me know!
I've also fixed the bug where Book of Belial flies away at high speeds. It now sits still like books are meant to.
