You can still fall back to a prior on-steam version and run it besides the steam version as well:

But this mod is big and the code is quite difficult, so this will take a while.
@Kovy, you should disable:
- barber mod
- customizable control booths
- detectable drugs
- snitch sorter
- no desk security room
All these mods are already inside the combipack. It's also advised to disable the other ones. The armed guards have a different render depth for the cemetery, and CCTV arrows changes the objects spritesheet, a core file, which will make it incompatible with combipack.

You can edit the jobs.txt from the mod and remove the workman entries for the jobs if you want prisoners only.
When I'd make it prisoners only, it would mean that the garage would stay empty for quite a few days before you would see some action happening there. Currently it's a better cash cow for your prison.
- Added 64bit support, sprites should display correctly now when running PrisonArchitect64.exe
- Existing garages are deleted, please place a new one.

c. Defently not a user error tested on two diffrent maps - guard must open the big gate not auto opening
b. was solved in the version which is in the CombiPack, i guess I haven't updated this mod as well back then. It's on the list to optimize this mod a bit more if possible since it loves to eat cpu cycles and in a large busy prison things might glitch sometimes.
c. user error, the street manager is fine but requires a strict manual to follow.
b. cars get dropped not in their places when you are not looking ( look at other parts of the prison)
c. road manager spawns on garage create but dosen't detect defult gates on the defult road.
