I think the mod is the same one from 2017 still.

I think I will wait for the next real update personally before trying again.

I don't even know where to start with reviving this tbh if I do but I'm getting back into Source games and modding so here I am asking...
I picked Multiplayer Mod,SKIRMISH with 16 bots per side,then I prefer assymetrical teams so I entered in console

This worked great,very tense,I had to capture a control point to respawn my dead AI teammates after being left last man standing.It was my team of 11 versus enemy team of 16.
"Would be cool if all the other slots got taken up by AI." if you're referencing how the AI leave a few slots open, that was changed in an update because people who joined mid-game or took too long to pick a class/kit could only pick the last class available (example: If I waited too long, the bots would take all the other available slots and I'd be forced to snipe).
I make a party with a friend, then bring down the console and type "heartbeat".
Then "map blablamap hunt" and it loads up, then my friend connects via his console "connect IP Address;password thisIsthePassword" and he's in and we play.
Would be cool if all the other slots got taken up by AI.

-Changed number of bots from 32 to 24 on sustained gamemodes and 24 to 20 on tactical gamemodes. This reduces strain on the server and clients. This also allows players who join mid-game to have a wider selection of roles/classes than just one.
-Removed the strike playlist/gamemode as Security bots would freeze in spawn or when trying to destroy an objective.
-Fixed bots connecting and taking roles before the players could.
-Fixed some typos and map conflicts.
-Slightly changed all gamemode's descriptions.
-Tested Ambush+Elimination gamemodes but both were not properly supported by the bots.
Issues Found: Bots do not have proper support for demolition objectives.
