There`s not really that much of a difference. One looks like a bad day, the reskin looks like a slightly less bad day. But I`ll give it a try thanks.

Its okay. I suppose that putting them all in a single file is easier than making them. Also, if the mod is bigger than allowed, do like some other mods do, make a small file, upload to here and ask people do downaload the main pack elsewhere

You need to change the animation table, and for example, take the spellsinger animation. This mod change only the texture. (Screenshot are taken on Silvaron, she dont have the glowing eyes on mount).

Going to second what Ahri has said, love the mod but cannot use it whilst you have edited the mount. Most people are going to have the same issue as horse variation mods are somewhat popular. Still looks amazing though!
