Though you should be able to just drop this one in your tww2 data folder if you really want black hair.

They made the textures lighter, so some chainmail around his neck will be too dark in game but it's barely visible.

Oh. Well the Vlad Restored mod is more important. Thanks. :steamhappy:

Vlad restored is up on the workshop! Just no black hair for the time being.

Oh, well, as long as you redo these Vlad graphical mods, it's all good.

I just hate how he's so gnaled and ugly, almost looking like a undead Voldermort.

@chubbyninja89 I'm doing just that. Because some things have changed I need to redo some stuff from scratch, so it takes some time.

I won't be transferring everything though, some stuff I didn't like in the first place so I won't bother redoing for TWW2.

Please transfer your graphical mods over to Warhammer 2 when you can.

@rafal Get Pack File Manager -> open -> @vladefaceregen (in the TWW Data folder) -> expand the trees -> right click "tex"-> add-> from pack-> select @vladblackhair->expand the trees->click on vmp_vlad_von_carstein_head_01_diffuse.dds in tex->ok.
Then File -> save as -> @Vladfaceregenmine or something like that.

Runm the game launcher, disable @vladfaceregen and @vladblackhair, enable @Vladfaceregenmine, done.

@Marthenil Wait, aren't there mods with glowy-looking eyes that were around even before Isabella was released? Maybe the illusion of a glow is doable with color alone (I have no idea, my artistic knowledge is limited entirely to sketching with a pencil)?
God of Urging 17 Mar, 2017 @ 5:33pm
@Marthenil Ah, I see. Thanks for trying, though.

She has some kind of glow baked into her model, I'm trying to replicate it with no success.
God of Urging 17 Mar, 2017 @ 4:20pm
@Marthenil You're right, it looks nice, but doesn't work as well as I'd imagined. Does it work for Isabella because her retinas look like they glow or something? I am not sure. Maybe brighter red would have a better effect?
Rachel L 17 Mar, 2017 @ 3:14pm
How i can do that?
Marthenil  [author] 17 Mar, 2017 @ 1:31pm
@RafaL no, sorry. I don't want to branch out too much, if you get PFM you can merge them yourself easily! (for personal use, of course)

@God of Urging So like this https://i.imgur.com/hH71ZHP.jpg ?

I actually both like and don't like it. It looks a bit alien. Will see if darkening the eye lids and eye sockets makes it look better.
Rachel L 17 Mar, 2017 @ 4:33am
Any chance of you putting both mods into a single file?
God of Urging 17 Mar, 2017 @ 2:05am
@Marthenil Fair point. Still, black sclera like Isabella's eyes would work, too. His eyes just look too human for the guy reknowned for his infinite ruthlesness, boundless ambition, and absurd badassitude. I mean he's the vampire version of CREEEEEEEED from 40K, and he terrorized the Empire without going bald (Imperial baldness epidemic that seems to target vampires in particular was certainly a plot by Balthasar Gelt's little known apprentice Mötley of Crüe, wielding the little known (but fabulous) Lore of Hair, a subset of the Lore of Metal, alongside the Lore of Black, Lore of Doom, and five billion other Metal subgenres).

@God of Urging but, but, vanilla vlad eyes are just purple dots, and not true eyes :(

Also, username checks out.

Looks nice. Now, if only we can get a skin with both black hair and eyes that look threatening like that of vanilla-Vlad.
Renan 16 Mar, 2017 @ 6:39pm
Well it looks Fantastic, perhaps I'll try it
Marthenil  [author] 16 Mar, 2017 @ 6:39pm
Yes. Edited, but yes.
