Report a translation problem
So the Wood Elves should really have more arrows available before they run out of them, than any orc. I think the same should apply to any High Elven and Dark Elven archer unit as well, since well, they're elves.
After all, elves usually always typically deploys more archers and have more arrows available than the opposing non-elven armies(ideally), therefore they can loose a vast quantity of arrows before they run out of arrows and have to revert to melee combat, before the enemy do, at which point the elves can pepper the incoming now arrow-less enemy forces. :D
I mean, you can technically take the weapons of other factions' crossbowmen and add them for the greenskins to use, but it wouldn't exactly look very right. It just ain't orcy enough. xD
Just one thing, if you have the opportunity to rework it someday, think about balancing these units on the values of the basic game. Or even on Steel Faith for the brave like me. take care of yourself
