At first I was hoping that I'd summoned an invisible manticore! But alas... ^_^
The other unit invocation spells (Raise Dead, Awaken from the Grave, Savage Dominion) seem to work fine.
I will investigate further later, but I get that this is a huge problem.

Thanks! And thank you too for the useful feedback, I will investigate this white orb effect. Does it appear with, for example, dwarf rune casting?
That being said, here's my personal assessment of the mod:
+ Allows giant white circles, but only for initial placement of spells.
+ Giant white circles GTFO after placement.
+ Allows persistent magical effects, such as green healy lines.
+ If memory serves, it gets rid of crumbling effects.
- Still allows the annoying white orbs above units buffed with non-magical abilities.
I'd say more, but ran up against the freakin' 1,000 character limit. Thanks again to The Camel Whisperer for adjusting and creating based upon feedback.
I've tried a number of mods that disabled different types of spell effects, but this is what I was looking for the whole time. (Assuming it does what I think it does. ^_^)
