Not sure how long it's been like this, but this mod (which I love!) breaks Durthu's Lamentation of Despair ability. It makes it unable to target an enemy.

i like the mod, and it is possible to make it toggleable. Or make it available only for cinematic view ? I like to wtach replay without circle, but when I play a battle live i prefer to have the circle.

That's a really odd one. It seems to come from the unit_special_abilities_tables table, however I didn't change anything to the wh_dlc03_spell_beasts_transformation_of_kadon line in there... So it has to come from another line that is somehow related to the Transformation of Kadon spell.

The other unit invocation spells (Raise Dead, Awaken from the Grave, Savage Dominion) seem to work fine.

I will investigate further later, but I get that this is a huge problem.

Found a small (huge) problem. For some reason, the spell Transformation of Kadon doesn't work when your mod is activated. This is true of your other mod that hides effects, as well.

What Jereoux de Bretonnia says about the other effects is true, but I think the mod is good this way. It removes one specific thing, so if that thing annoys someone this mod will remove it for them. If other effects annoy them too, they can combine this mod with another one (like I do) to get rid of exactly what they want and nothing else.

Thanks to the author for trying to please his users based upon feedback. Much kudos.

That being said, here's my personal assessment of the mod:

+ Allows giant white circles, but only for initial placement of spells.
+ Giant white circles GTFO after placement.
+ Allows persistent magical effects, such as green healy lines.
+ If memory serves, it gets rid of crumbling effects.

- Still allows the annoying white orbs above units buffed with non-magical abilities.

I'd say more, but ran up against the freakin' 1,000 character limit. Thanks again to The Camel Whisperer for adjusting and creating based upon feedback.

Aside of the enemy's caster casting animation (which does not tell where the spell will land) I don't think so :/

I hate that glowing circle just as much as everybody. But is there any other way to tell if the enemy is casting a spell?
