I'm trying to use this mod for the grand campaign as the Wood Elves and I can't confederate with with the other Wood Elf factions.

Well you have to upgrade The Oak of Ages before you can confederate, so make sure that's done. If it still doesn't work then this mod might be out of date. I haven't been able to update it for a while sadly.

Love the idea of this mod but im in turn 43 and I still havent got the option for confederate for any of the other elf factions just vassal. Any ideas?

need a proper working one of these for the other factions as i have got to the point with the empire and dawves that i just kill them all because it takes to long to be able to use the option again can you have a look at maybe making such a mod

Yes, you can instantly confederate with the other elven factions.

"Without "cooldowns"" means without having to wait 5 turns?
