This also means that you can't use a unique armor piece and see it at the same time.... maybe not a problem unless you are playing adventure mode, where you have to buy all your armor. Here's a solution, and I wish not hope everyone will get to hear a long, nerdy rant about "cheating" in TL2:

Restored saves and disabled BAGMOD then everything worked fine.
Not sure what the "enable smart tabs" does tho. *shurg*
Could you be bothered to make a "standalone" pure Cosmetic Slot-eso part?
Would love to use this mod but my inventory mod, BAGMOD; is just too much to do without.
This remind me to put a warning for those who are not aware of how destructive equipment slot/inventory modifications are.
.
- Fixed the issue with Visual Equipment (Cosmetic) Slots for BiA: Warbounds, I also improved the wardrobe update in Warbound Panel.
The only issue I'm aware with, is the usage of this mod when on multiplayer mode. Your character will suddenly get random or naked look...switching weapons could remedy that bug immediately.
But will it only work for vanilla classes? what are the known issues for using this with custom classes?
If it's just a file or 2 that needs some tweaking, maybe i can do it someday
Maybe try using this mod alone then check which mod that conflicts with it.
Thank you for the interest and sorry for the inconvenience.

For clarification: Weapon Swap function has a default hotkey of "W", a quick double press of this button is as easy as resummoning a Healing Bot, easier in fact.
Disclaimer: The coding done on this mod cannot have been done better as far as I know, what bugs it cause are not of mod's design but of game's limitation.
@September commenter: I hope you made your merged mod possible and as always, being credited is flattering but my mods are allowed to be explored and improved upon by anyone.
What you desire, is to have a cosmetic slots in the player's inventory menu of Synergies mod.
My suggestion to you, if you want the synergies' inventory because of the pages, you can try Dracos UI Merger mod which have the inventory pages and my ESO in it.

Also, if you desire to have the cosmetic slots' function only, can you tell me why the Cosmetic Slots mod is not enough for that?

Adding this info in the mod description.
In coop, people can see the cosmectics, but it appears it's pretty random. The base visual of the character is reset after each restart, and you have to "refresh" your appearance by swapping your armor with your cosmetic.
- Using this mod on top of TL2 Essentials or any bagmods will overwrite their custom inventory container sizes into the default. That makes the player stash, the only inventory that has many pages. This excludes the mods that affect the Shared Stash.
Unless you are referring after removing this mod then of course your item will get lost.
I technically don't know what the difference between this mod and Cosmetic Slots mod because I have not seen the code done in Cosmetic Slots yet but I can assure you that what I did for ESO mod, is the best way I know of and if there's a problem you noticed, I can make a way to fix it as soon as I can.
