Iceni have a -10 faction variable Sparta and Carthage have a +1 this effects unrest - gamewise it requires a Major Shrine in all proviences to just hold even. On a level 4 2 region provienc endgame 4 requires a garrison - this is money lost to support armires that other Factions do not have as overhead - I kinda like a level playing field with out hidden bonuses and penalties- 200 turns into a campain and WTF are my settled conquestes rebelling? LOL - thanks to all modders you guys rock
