also how does an X-02 strike wyvern remind you of cod and not ace combat?

@Kelvin04 I can show you around if you come to the Besiege Community Discord server, much easier than chatting in comments :P
I'm called Red there. Click here for invite: https://discord.gg/bdq3E3

I also unfortunately couldn't figure out how to configue the heatwave and afterburner effects.

Also, if it isn't too much, (awkward) show me the ropes of the scriptor?

Also, I was wondering, How did you get the tracking missiles in your demonstration video?
Those are very cool.

Ah, Thanks!

Oh, crap, you mean the effects. Those are achieved by combining VectorThrusters mod and AdvancedControlsMod. One steers the other.

Dissect the nozzles and use the keymapper tool on the emitters inside to find out what they're controlled by.

@Kelvin04 They're mechanical, driven by 4 pistons each. They use a variation of this joint, by CCCanyon .

Also, um, I was wondering how I would get the special thrust vector effects, I've already installed all of the mods.

God damn, the video though..
Thumbs up for real!

Good plane. Why not use steering hinges on the ballasts of the rear rtc?
Shadé 18 May, 2017 @ 11:11am
I always thought this plane is impossible to pull off in Besiege. You've done magnificent work!

Very nice build. I love the variable geomtry wings, they work very smooth.
