@CaptAtlantic Edit the map script(s) .lua. Search for "iReefPercent" and add another parameter "iForestPercent = 15".
SyndieSailorScout 14 Aug, 2022 @ 2:22pm
i wish there were more forests in the randomly generated terrain

blkbutterfly  [author] 10 Sep, 2017 @ 6:59am

TROMBONIES 9 Sep, 2017 @ 8:10pm

@Starzonedark Scrambled Southeast Asia → https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1104907946

I finally got around to finishing it...just in time too. Next DLC are SEA civs :steamhappy:
Entarogan 21 Jul, 2017 @ 6:45pm
Correct! That's wonderful! I can't wait to have a try. Thank you again! 谢谢!
blkbutterfly  [author] 21 Jul, 2017 @ 11:48am
@Entarogan Spelling ok? BTW if you like this map try Scrambled Greenland. Smaller but more balanced (with grassland) but a tundra/snow bias
Entarogan 21 Jul, 2017 @ 8:22am
Thank you for your effort! But it will be better if you can spell my name correctly once hahaha.
blkbutterfly  [author] 21 Jul, 2017 @ 3:03am
@Entatogan Ok. I'll have to check them out :steamhappy:
Entarogan 20 Jul, 2017 @ 6:53pm
That's nice! I tested this map with mods made by me and my friends(The North, Arendelle and Buy N Large). It is really exciting since those tundra-strengthened civilizations can have a fight on Antarctica! Thank you for your effort!
StarGaming 20 Jul, 2017 @ 12:41pm
scrambled scandinavia?
blkbutterfly  [author] 20 Jul, 2017 @ 12:33pm
@Starzonedark Another Scrambled map. Soon-ish :steamhappy:
StarGaming 20 Jul, 2017 @ 9:56am
oh....... -_-, so, what is next
blkbutterfly  [author] 20 Jul, 2017 @ 8:55am
@Starzonedark They've both been updated sometime back. Huge Africa and large Australia. Check it!
StarGaming 20 Jul, 2017 @ 8:30am
so any updates on the status of larger africa/australia
blkbutterfly  [author] 20 Jul, 2017 @ 5:58am
@Entaragan Yes. I have tested it with the alt. Aztec leader :steamhappy:
Entarogan 20 Jul, 2017 @ 3:42am
Very nice job and I do have a question that whether this map support mod civilizations?
blkbutterfly  [author] 10 Jun, 2017 @ 11:54pm
@Starzonedark I'm gonna stick to std Civ 6 sizes.

Have you any idea how labourious it is to collect map data for a large/huge map? :steammocking:
StarGaming 10 Jun, 2017 @ 5:12pm
lets hope for some more island based civs.... and cool for some larger sizes, ... will you ever use ynamp map sizes though?
blkbutterfly  [author] 10 Jun, 2017 @ 11:27am
@Starzonedark I just got back from holidays and have a ton of things RN but I'm going to do some larger maps sizes for Australia and Africa first.

The scrambled maps script doesn't really suit an islands map. Also we haven't yet got a truely island civ (apart from say Japan) :steamhappy:
StarGaming 10 Jun, 2017 @ 10:12am
progress?
jemalomlcs 7 Jun, 2017 @ 2:07am
obviously russia wins
StarGaming 5 Jun, 2017 @ 9:03am
and the moon is extreme, just saying
StarGaming 5 Jun, 2017 @ 9:03am
it would be interesting.... i never really played civ 5..... but i did look up atol.... what could be move.... extreme.... if no hawaii, Japan?
blkbutterfly  [author] 4 Jun, 2017 @ 1:29pm
@Starzonedark Possibly. I'd like to do something more dramatic/extreme. I really miss the atol feature of Civ 5. IMO it definitely needs to be added to Civ 6
StarGaming 4 Jun, 2017 @ 9:34am
Scrambled Hawaii?
blkbutterfly  [author] 3 Jun, 2017 @ 5:26pm
@Starzonedark An islands map maybe?! IDK I'm still on holiday :steamhappy:
StarGaming 3 Jun, 2017 @ 3:16pm
Whats Next On The List Of Scrambled Maps?
blkbutterfly  [author] 3 Jun, 2017 @ 12:11pm
@Starzonedark It's anybody's guess what Antarctica would be like if thawed (but it won't be long with Paris agreement cancelled)

It's not likely to have plains or grasslands as Antarctica never had vegetation. If anything it will be barren soil, tundra like
StarGaming 3 Jun, 2017 @ 10:01am
Scrambled Moon?
blkbutterfly  [author] 3 Jun, 2017 @ 4:33am
@Flamestalker Exactly. Turn your faith + production into food.

Also Egypt is a nice partner :steammocking:
Flamestalker 2 Jun, 2017 @ 12:35pm
Whichever religion gets Feed the World and the Gurdwara is going to be very popular.
StarGaming 2 Jun, 2017 @ 11:35am
You Mean 8 Russians, Standard,
Peak Josh 1 Jun, 2017 @ 6:19pm
If I played this online there would proboly be 10 different Russias
blkbutterfly  [author] 31 May, 2017 @ 2:54pm
@rformica Sure, play with tundra farms. Or for a challenge don't. All players suffer the same penalty. The trick is to settle sources of food. Fish, spices, sheep. Trade for food. Also beliefs that grant food are especially powerful on this map
RFormica 30 May, 2017 @ 1:45pm
You should add, "Must be played with Tundra Farms mod, or your citizens will starve."
Dr.Pepsicola Dew 29 May, 2017 @ 7:17pm
Welcome back, communism.
