you will see more unusual things in some of my later maps.
but they often have either an easier version in the earlier maps, or a video attatched, or both.
so playing in the correct order is recomended.
the alternating polarity funel, in this map (not my creation) will appear in the future.
I 1st saw this in someone elses map, as a zero gravity field. but saw more uses for it.
some things in later maps. I created myself. some I adapted from great mappers.

tip for 2nd room:
think in 3 dimentions.
you do need to press the 3 pedestal buttons, on the ceiling,
to get to the 1 on the floor, behind the laserfield.
funel esential.
the correct solution is physicaly easy to do.

But I must confess, to my shame, that I didn´t manage to use the funnels for the 2nd room (I suppose I have to use them ?) to get up to the pedestal buttons... I may try it again another time.
But of course thumbs up for another unique creative work!

I saw it as a demo zero gravity field.
but I have never seen anyone use it this way before.
I would like to remember the demo maps creator, to credit them.
but so long ago, I can't remember.
I remember the map, but not it's name, either.
when the laser is on, it hits the laser catcher
then the laser catcher alters the polarity of the funels.
at the same time, the laser catcher activates the piston.
which in lass than a second breaks the connection,
between the laser & laser catcher.
at this point the funels go back to blue.
& the laser catcher no longer activating the platform, the platform goes back to the wall.
at this moment the laser hits the laser catcher & repeats the cycle.
the laser & laser catcher being so close to the wall, makes the funels alternate
as quick as is posible, using the basic editor. (I think)
this fact is why it works.
notice with the lasers on the cieling, the funel can not be seen on the cieling.
you can drop the funels & raise the part of the cieling the funels hit & use enough grating,
to make them invisible, as well.

to build, place the laser & laser catcher as close to the wall as possible.
put the platform in between.
connect the laser catcher to the platform.
also connect the laser catch to the funels you want, use a polarity conection.
you can connect to 7 funels.
but you can build more of these & have a button activate the 1 laser for each of them.
the type of button is up to you. but it will need to connect to the funels,
to turn them on, if you don't want them to start enabled.
or the button connects to something else, that turns the funels on.

the 1st room is an antigravity field.
you need to bring the edgeless cube, back to the 1st chamber.
1st you need to press the pedestal button the other side of the laser fields.
to do that, you need to press the pedestal buttons on the cieling,
but for this, you need the alternating zero gravity funel, from the 1st room.
when you master it, you can move in any direction, as long as their are portable areas.
climb up a wall, like you do with a light bridge.
fire it at the floor below you, with the same technic & move across the room.
hope this helps. I have never seen enyone else, use it in this way, so might be new ?

also 1 turret is now on a non-portable floor, the same room.
higher cieling in this area & exit area.
I will have to look at updating this map, if I can.
as that was not the intended solution. but a good one.

Perched Goal should not give you any problem, once you've catch that cube.

just subscribed to another of your maps.
have loads to play through, but will get to them eventualy.
I turn my sound down when it anoys me.
the mechanism is the best I know to do the job, but unfortunatly the load sound comes with it.
Thought I have to use it to the end, but can't move in it nor fire ports through glass, so ...? Found the solution right away, a few steps backwards :)

I have subscribed to your map
his franking cube was part of the way up 1 of the shafts, behind a panel.
you have to open the panel with a laser, say somewhere else.
but no biggy, just an extra challenge
Also I edited Laser Fun 3. You'll have more fun completing it now. Thanks mood. Your assistance is invaluable to me.

glad it works now & you enjoyed it.
keep in mind, if someone either can't get your map in their list
or can but they get an error & it won't play.
this can normaly be solved by re-publishing the map.
thats all I did. went into editor & clicked publish (no updates)
though sometimes to many antlines or items is the cause.
I put glass over the exit area, to give players a preview of the turrets & goo,
they would have to deal with.
I have just re-published this map. (which has solved this bug before)
if you qiut portal & re-start portal, the re-published version should go to your list.
please let me know either way.
