I care for negative opinions also, I make maps in a very different way now when back in 2017 but I just cant go back and fix it, it would be like making a whole new map. I just had to laugh and dont have the strenght to argue :popular:

Recorded a quick HoE solo (lvl 12 sharpie), I noticed there is not a single ammo box on the map! When facing the boss I had 1 bullet left on the m99 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qbV45kXilaE

Few notes : Some areas have fps drops, zed spawn in players sight at the building mid, some ladders do not work, invisible walls at the train trader, too narrow pathways inside the building, can't get on the roof!

Overall fun map! Let me know if you need feedback/playtest.

I don't think we are talking about the same spawn point.

My feedback is about spawn points for zeds, not players.
I have no problem with players being spawned at the CT spawn.

My feedback is, because of zeds spawning on top of roofs and dropping down on top
of players, inside the large building is the only practical playable area, which is only 1/4 of
the map.

Thank you guys for the support! You know I will actually get these maps going. But so far it seems that those lags are caused by zed spawn rate and collision ofcourse. I made so many blocking volumes and so many collision corrections that it should have run smooth. When I first tested this map it was a disaster. Now when I play it I have stable 60fps. Of course 60 fps is not enough for someone but you have to understand that Source and Unreal engine is something completely different.

Gameplay being limited to inside the building is an issue in csgo so I think its more of a design thing

Love the additions of the counter-strike maps coming out! I'd like to see some more ports of the CSGO maps. Your work is appreciated keep them coming!

I don´t know what is the problem here. Custom spawn points is a location where you can change gear and stuff. It is on the safe place where zeds can´t get you. Right after you change gear and press play, you will spawn on the ground where CT´s spawn. If I put custom spawn points on a playable area, there will be zeds running around you. Like it happens on Cube. And the lags... Map has around 300 or more blocking volumes and still lags. Not my problem, but the engines. If I lower the spawn rate the game will be slower. I did it on the Dust 2 and the gameplay is slower.

Indeed I do.

If zeds didn't spawn from roofs, streets could of been playble location on modified spawn rate server. However, due to zeds being able to drop down on top of players, the map is practically limited to inside the large building.

Also, the map lags a bit. Possibly the same reason as the DE_DUST2 you created.

For some textures yes but it needs to be there or it will break the map. I will do Office next as it was requested. I'm not sure about inferno.

There's a strange glitch where certain floors will cause the blood textures to flicker. Is there a fix for this?
