Rainman Slim 3. apr. 2012 kl. 0.10
my game crashes whenever i deactivate this mod, and the other RNG full armour mod doesnt work.

Had to unsubscribe and "resurrect" a few stormcloak guards who had taken over Whiterun Markarth and Falkreath as they were holding an invisible torch all the time.
Original guards were replaced without any bugs though.
Supposing this only happens to stormcloak guards, I'm gonna wait until I finish the civil war and reinstall then.

Not a bad mod, I wouldn't mind a different kind of armor for each town, like heavy armor in Solitude and a more light, fur-like armor in snowy places like Winterhold. But Guards are in what are called "Uniforms". So if possible maybe make specific uniforms for different towns?
Adventure Time Journyman of Ooo 17. mars 2012 kl. 10.15
could you do the same for boots and hands
chatbot125734 15. mars 2012 kl. 10.00
Yes indeed. In my opinion you should take out the soldiers with the head bandages, since it is pretty unrealistic that every 2 second guard runs around with a bandage and doesnt look that good. I even saw a guard, with one single blind eye :D
friendo1 29. feb. 2012 kl. 23.36
@[LiberTy] Gate Andara: Ha, you're right about the bandages. These guards having been taking some serious head shots. I'm waiting to see the guard with his entire head bandaged, mummy style. Great Mod Though.
Gate Andara 28. feb. 2012 kl. 5.58
Very nice mod! It's amazing the difference it makes in the feel of the game.

My only criticism is that too many guards are walking around with bandaged heads. I even found one unfortunate guard post where both guards were blind in the left eye and had bandages covering their right!
IlPurti 21. feb. 2012 kl. 14.11
it doesn't work
Ayrtizle 19. feb. 2012 kl. 9.13
falkreath guards are naked
ThatHazardousGuy 19. feb. 2012 kl. 7.46
The problem I have when this mod is enabled is the guards walk around as if they are carrying torches (even in the day). They also dont even have a torch in their hand, just their hand is up like they are holding it. This happens withlike 85% of all guards in game.

Not sure if it's this mod or the fixed followers lite mod but I had a most unusual encounter outside Riverhold. A high level Thief in his shorts attacked and without careful battle management would kill me in two arrow shots. Killing him would reveal that he would have been wearing Guild Master's armor if he had worn it (interesting, random thieves are guild masters). Thing here is, I'm level 8 haven't been to Riften nor Whiterun yet.

Append: Well, even with this and the afore mentioned mod removed the thief still shows up, though he's wearing the armor the second go-round. Can still loot it so I'm wondering about my other mods...
Exocortex717 12. feb. 2012 kl. 6.50
ok whent in to it further and it's not your mod
Exocortex717 12. feb. 2012 kl. 6.47
nevermind i tested it and it still is not fixed
Exocortex717 12. feb. 2012 kl. 5.56
thanks for the fix!!
Rickson 12. feb. 2012 kl. 2.44
If I recall correctly, the slight variation in gaurd outfits was already implemented in Morrowind. Don't know why Beth decided to drop the concept with Oblivion and Skyrim.
Rickson 12. feb. 2012 kl. 2.42
Wonderful mod!
Perplexagonal  [skaper] 11. feb. 2012 kl. 22.59
Fixed.
Perplexagonal  [skaper] 11. feb. 2012 kl. 22.49
Sorry guys, I am looking into it and should have a fix for you momentarily.

Perplexagonal  [skaper] 11. feb. 2012 kl. 14.29
Fair enough. I will leave this one as is and upload the other seperately.
Black Colonel Mustard 11. feb. 2012 kl. 14.09
But otherwise I love this mod and love the idea behind it! The helmets changing is fantastic. I'm sure you'll figure something out for their armor.
shailaigh 11. feb. 2012 kl. 13.22
I'm surprised at how much this adds to the game for me. Well done!
Luxoray 11. feb. 2012 kl. 2.17
@foreignnameddude(mod maker)
cant wait it kep up the great work i only read the desc in a few secs and it took less time to decide to sub :)
Perplexagonal  [skaper] 11. feb. 2012 kl. 2.09
Thank you to everyone for the support!

Tomorrow, I hope to work on making the guards dress more appropriately for their region. However, you can still expect them to appear dynamic, organized, and look like proper defenders of their hold. My ultimate goal for this mod is to make the guards as immersive as possible and improve everyone's experience with the various holds. This will most likely lead to eventual changes in combat behaviour as well.
Mr_Oob 11. feb. 2012 kl. 1.05
Great idea :O!

@Genesis0071 Sounds like a good idea to me :D. The only question is will the helm be gone from the gaurd's inventory...? That would probably be the easiest way I guess, to just remove it.
Neo Genesis 10. feb. 2012 kl. 23.10
Some with no helmets would be good too.
Perplexagonal  [skaper] 10. feb. 2012 kl. 20.44
I was considering it, but my main concern is having too much variety to the point that they dont seem like an organized force anymore. If there is more demand for it, I will add it though. In the next release I will add the chance for no helmet at all with guards in certain areas.
Abysswalker 10. feb. 2012 kl. 20.36
Nice mod. Think you could throw in hide helmets and maybe even scaled helmets for a little more variety?
[SCHG] Solros 10. feb. 2012 kl. 19.35
I dont like this. I like looking like a clone
lumenbeing 10. feb. 2012 kl. 19.01
Very refreshing. Good job
Interloper N87 10. feb. 2012 kl. 17.16
This is awesome. I approve of your idea to make some spawn without helmets. :)
The_Exploder 10. feb. 2012 kl. 16.45
"I was also thinking about adding a chance for them to spawn without any helmet at all to futher increase the diversity. Thoughts?"

Yes, I would like this, please! There's another mod that removes guard helms, but it doesn't randomize, so all helms are just gone instead.
awcthug88 10. feb. 2012 kl. 15.32
Good work!
Maubog 10. feb. 2012 kl. 14.06
Great work! Suscribed, rated up and also a favourite was getting so bored of the default look for every guard...i was trying to do this myself but couldnt figure out how to do it >.<
Soziele 10. feb. 2012 kl. 11.15
Just started seeing guards with the new helmets, very nice, adds quite a bit of believability
Shio 10. feb. 2012 kl. 10.26
Sounds good indeed.
Maybe you could add Stormcloak soldiers, too? I'm getting tired of seeing them while doing the Civil War..
Zillier 10. feb. 2012 kl. 10.15
Yes I say do it :3
Perplexagonal  [skaper] 10. feb. 2012 kl. 10.11
Face are all randomized by default, so no two guards should look exactly the same. If people want, I was also thinking about adding a chance for them to spawn without any helmet at all to futher increase the diversity. Thoughts?
Sogeking 10. feb. 2012 kl. 10.03
man, thank you so much for doing this *-*
Jorn Popcorn 10. feb. 2012 kl. 10.01
are there different faces or still 1?
