Most likely not, when I ported this over a year ago I honestly didn't know what caused the dress to bug out like that.
Because just 4 days ago, i adjusted the ikautoplaylock so that the arms won't clip through the skirt. If that's the problem, I can simply re-code the QC file back to its original. But then, this means that the hands will clip through the skirt.

Also for the other Miku model you showed me, it should be the same solution. However, I didn't port that model so you have to ask the original uploader to fix the problem.
if that happen again ill say, and one question adding "$nodecal" "1" at texture vmts resolve all problems with index buffer on mmd ?
Threw about a dozen bug bites onto her and it didn't crash the game. If it still crashes, let me know so I'll add more "$nodecal" "1" commands on the texture vmts.
