You can use the console command "ent_fire <ent_name> <input>" instead of lua for single player. sv_cheats 1 needed if multiplayer.
ent_fire func_water_analog open
ent_fire func_water_analog close
ent_fire func_breakable break
ent_fire trigger_teleport enable
ent_fire trigger_teleport disable

func_water_analog - open/close
trigger_teleport - enable/disable
func_breakable - break

I'm sorry that it's so difficult to make the map do things in single player, but like I said this map is for a specific gamemode.

If you're trying to remove the teleports in single player I'm pretty sure you need sv_cheats enabled. So make sure that's on.
