@Raging Avalanche I'm afraid not, university starts now and I already got enough mods to keep up to date, Norsca LL will be the last OP mods for total war warhammer 1.
I will more than happily tell how to create the mod though.

Again, using this mod as a base should make things go much easier than starting from scratch when you are new :)

ah I've tried to mod my warhammer by myself before, it was very confusing and I figure out how to do it, although if I had a video tutorial I might be able to do it. Thanks for the offer of help though.

What you can do however is to download pack file manager and open up this mod, it got all tables you need to make the green knight fit your image of him (and no additional tables, so it won't be confusing if you are new to modding). Gilles le Breton is supposed to be amongst the top 3 fighters in the warhammer universe (and the best one this game ever will get), just so you know where he stands in fluff while making your mod :)

does anyone know if theres a "realistic OP" greenknight mod? I feel like he's not up to par with his lore in being one of if not the most powerful knight in existance, but this mod makes him literally a god.

@Coitus_Interruptus I'm not going to mod any units, it's a slippery slope, sorry. What you can do is to download pack file manager, open up one of my mods and try to copy what I have done to the goblin units. I'm more than willing to answer any questions you got while making the mod.
