But i couldn't use it because of the high temperature of the moderator in the nuclear reactor, so i change the reactor (i haven't learnt how to moderate the model yet) and fix its new problem.(I don't sure whether the reason is i added some community material packs)
When i play the ship, i also found a problem that the armor layer was invisible.
i could open it in the sandbox in the very limited condition that i couldn't set too much entities or my game would be crashed.

You are completely correct. Looks like I got that wrong 5 years ago.
"It's not madness to be ahead of my time."
Said time being when CPUs reach the THz range :P
Interesting, your specs are similar to mine. Certainly, there's no fixing it.
It's not madness to be ahead of my time. Sooner or later, people are going to realize that 4 meters of titanium is the correct amount of armor for any ship.

It doesn't crash the game for me. If you can't run it, I don't know of a workaround.
Range should have been on your side; like I said, it spawned close due to a bug. If your ship had spawned at its own effective range and taken evasive maneuvers, the fight could have lasted a long time. Also, I'd advise you not to take engineering tips from this ship. Any of my reasonably-sized ships (the Poseidon, Giona, Civetta, and Istra classes, respectively) are more optimized.
Bit sad it spawned within range, I thought range was going to be on my side (effective range against such a large target would have to be close to 1000km, surely).
If you ever make a mini version of this I'll be excited to play with it. Have a great day.
PS: I'm going to borrow as much knowledge from your design as I can though. Starting with that gigawatt reactor. I'm pretty rubbish at reactors, hopefully I can learn how you made that one (my gigawatt reactor is 9* the price and 4* the mass)
CPU melting is a common problem with this ship! The MkII is even worse; even I have never loaded it without crashing!
As for the requested test, the Green Meanie spawned at effective range of the Compensator's guns (when is Qswitched going to fix that bug?) and was riddled with 9.8mm holes very quickly. Cause of death was loss of radiators; the crew module survived due to the strong armor on the nosecone. As expected, the Meanie's railgun slugs and missiles all hit, but didn't visually mar the Compensator's armor.
I can tell you that your railguns may be able to take out some weapons, but I wouldn't expect them to ever penetrate the hull armor; nothing I've tried could, and I've tried a lot .
Black box modules are cheating, much the same as using console commands to give yourself the best gear and skills at the beginning of an RPG. Also, I built this thing quickly with my eyes on making it big, not useful.
