content creation

Hello everyone I need some help. I want to try and make some content for this game for the work shop and was hoping someone would be able to point me in the right direction on how to go about doing this what software is needed ect ?

In the Steam folder for the game (Steam>Steamapps>Common>SOMA) you'll find a number of tools to work with stuff for the game, including a level editor.

Yep start with level editor in games directory (steam - steamapps - common - soma)
and then if you have no clue of Frictional game engine follow this tutorial

First the basics of HPL editor

Then basic level creation

how to test it?
Go again in directory steam - steamapps - common - soma
and run SomaDev.bat after loading press F1 and find Load map
on the right, should be close to middle to beggining.
