He's found in the lords hall.
I wonder what's the reward though.
Become Norse Konungr Over All Scandinavia (Ribe, Tunsberg, Dorestad)
Become Ard Ruire Over All Eriu (Aileach, Cruaghan, Temair)
Become Vrenhin Lloegr Over All Britons (Ynys Mon, Bosvenegh, Caer Dyf)
Become Brytenwalda Over All Englaland (Lundenwic, Witan Ceaster, Jorvik)
I haven't done any of them yet, having all quests active gets you nothing and the chroniclers are likely to be found in one of the cities mentioned.
Chroniclers hang out in a lord's hall and look much like another bard, etc. Talk to them, accept the challenges and then report back and tell us what happens.
Perhaps the Smokingman can tell us since he recently managed to rule the map? I have no idea if he ever accepted any of those quests though.
you have to have the towns as your OWN fiefs to complete them,so don't give them to your other lords if you are a king
you get a trophy like the battle trophies for completing them, vist the chronicler to complete them
nothing else happens that i know of
i would have thought they might tie some RtR to them..or something, but it appears not
Tournaments, completed goals, special locations...the "prizes" are always rather underwhelming.
