There might be little variations in guns as they build them in many factories and also they build them a long long time.
Though also it might be that hole is bigger that in reallife. As peepper sights are hard to make work in games bigger hole makes it soppible to aim with it.
In real life our eyes see better pass it and it is quite easy to use.
Otherways I allways use folded stock. It is accurate weapon and also has really low recoil, though .45 makes good damage.
