Doesn't exist and cannot be done, as it's an area of the game that the modkit cannot touch, data it can't extract from the game. I think a couple of years ago someone aseked that same question here and ended up having the patience to do the family trees by hand. They kept that going for a while, it was quite impressive. The thread is probably still around somewhere.

As a side note, job switching can happen several times per season and is purely based on globally balancing distances between people and jobs, not on a "character preference" from any Banishie for a certain type of job, so that tracking is quite pointless.
