Searching a suitable planet to terraform

do you know anything about this message from Betty?
when I heard this message, all alliance reputation points are decreasing to -29 and Xenons reputation points are incresing to +29. My tradings and neighbourhodd of stations are going on like an alliance but just Albion Skunk is enemy for them.. I don't know how much time take. But personally I can't any trading, repairing, recreuiting etc. This message received when I go to Torride Ssectors. When I went to Koroni sector, after one hour I heard this message and everything was changed.
I think it is about with Van Fims Galaxy mod..

That message and rep changes are triggered by the plot normally. And only lasts a few minutes in the campaign.

Not sure why any mod would access that specific script.

no, I'm playing on free mode. I saw a little counter on right bottom side on the screen as "Encryption: 11.0000" like this and counting 0 to 100 step by 0.25 approximately.. When it reaches the 100 Yisha says that problem was gone then everything does ok.. I think it is a new event on Home of Light.. But I like it.
