have you feel like RoN's rare resources felt a little bit underwhelming and doesn't really helped that much? and also maybe you want some more rare resources?

well worry not because I've found a mod that will cover all of them, and that mod is called "uber resources" it was made and uploaded waaay back in 2004 by a user named "Snake_1501" in RoN heavens website.

this mod will tweaks the already added rare resources to make it more competitive and worth fighting for. it also adds a new unit called "Elite Merchant" that will packs up 50% faster, deploy 25% faster, move 33% faster, +1 to los, create 25% faster, 33% more hp, and they also have groovy colors. because you know... all merchants has the same dull colors that makes them irrelevant and boring to watch, but now they have groovy hoovy hippie colors that makes them relevant and competitive.

anyway back to topic. this mod will also adds new rare resources: Cattle, Huskies, Olive Oil, Gypsum, Beaver Pelts, Gold, Rum, Coffee, Bananas, Iron Ore, Maize, and Incense. the ones that you can only get in campaign now can be played in single player modes. which is awsome.

it also changes Numbian nation powers and wonders which includes nubian merchant hitpoints, rare bonuses, and merchant cost nerfed by half, porcelain tower rare income also reduced by half.
