Can't Edit Campaign Scenarios?
Hi, I tried editing some Cold War map scenarios, but it doesn't allow me to either save or override the original campaign file.

Same here! I tried to update one of my mods and it would straight up just crash the game. I'm thinking I may have to publish the updated mod as a separate mod.
