Mod crashes my game when it ISNT loaded

The mod is torchlight overhaul project -UIMC UI, how is this even possible, I don't understand.

Try deleting the mod save folder while the mod launcher is on screen. Enter the game, exit the game. re-enter again.

This should remove any binds that were placed by mods.
