Is there a mod that adds Diablo 2 Charm items?

That give buffs for just being in your inventory?

That's something to ask the Torch Modders Forums if the Engine permits it.

For certain I know of no mods that enable items to add numbers to the player from the inventory itself.

I will. The Website has had some renovations done and we are helping users enter the site.

Phanjam (TorchModders) is the person I will ask.

The Runic Games Discord is also a place where people still frequent as a back up place to ask things and he's there too.
