Thread name says it all, tired of getting all those 70+ year olds getting elected just to die a year later and then the same thing happening over and over.

So i thought about how to fix it and came with the idea of forbidding characters with less than 50~60% health from running since its kinda logical for people with severe health issues not being able to put in the effort to run. I don't know how to code and would appreciate if someone could make it.
