mods wont work

Totally fed up with trying to get the mods for this game to work, disappointed with Paradox not sorting this problem out. Clearly alot of gamers are angry about this .Will not buy anymore paradox after this.

Really disappointed as well, this is a problem which has been mentioned many many times and I was really thinking that it would be adressed in the Cicero update... but obviously it is not...
