How to eliminate mod from launcher mod list after unsubscribing?

I'm wondering how to eliminate a mod from the launcher mod list after unsubscribing from said mod(s) on the Steam Workshop. I know I can manually un-tick them, but since I switch between vanilla and modded since my friends don't have mods, it would be nice for my whole launcher mod list to just show the mods I'm CURRENTLY subscribed to.

You could always manually delete their content folders.

Otherwise, I suppose you could write up an autocleaner .batfile?

The former sounds easier. Funny you necro this now; I actually just learned to delete folders manually due to Mount and Blade II: Bannerlord coming out!
