I was playing co-op with a friend of mine and once we both became great powers, we could no longer ally with each other. We would like to see each other's armies as there has been some massive fights that the other could not see. I've thought of two ways to counteract this though I'm unsure how to implement.

1.) Allow Great Powers to ally
2.) Adjust Fog of War for non-ai players

If anyone has any suggestions or knows if this is possible I would be very grateful.
