It's just as it says in the error message. You need to have Vermintide Mod Framework subscribed as well, and place it higher than My Hero in the mod list within the game's launcher. You may notice that on mods such as that one it says on the right side, "REQUIRED ITEMS," then lists other mods it depends on. Also note that only mods that are given Approved status for sanctioning are allowed on the Official Realm, while all others must be used in the Modded Realm.
