Report a translation problem
Make an empty folder there and name it whatever you want. Then go back and go to the "data" folder, copy the "entities" and "sounds" folder and paste them into the "mods" folder.
Now you can use an art program like paint.net to edit the sprites in the entities folder.
To test your mod out just go in game, pause, and go to mods, play a mod, etc.
Even if you don't want to change stuff like the sounds, you must have it in your mod folder anyway for it to work.
