im so frustrated with this game.

I have so much stuttering on this game. i try everything but still.

My specs are

rtx 2080
ryzen 2600
32gb ram 3000 mhz

Just a random question. Is your graphics card in the number one slot. If it is in any other slot it will cause issues. That card is more than capable. I also have a 2600 with an RX 580 8GB VRAM and 32GB DDR4 @ 2600Mhz and it is smooth as butter on medium settings.

Yeah your specs are more okay, got i7 6700, gtx 980ti and 32GB RAM, and I play maxed out +100 fps all the time, very rarely drop below 100, so your system shouldn't have an issue running the game.

For me the Xbox Game Bar caused stutters in games, formatted the PC, removed the bloat and the Xbox Game Bar completely now I don't have any issues.

I suggest you to see if the Xbox Game Bar is running in the background, then uninstall your display driver using DDU, install the latest Game Ready Driver, if it didn't fix I'd suggest to format the PC, formatting always fixes issues for me and makes the system run smooth.
