Would it be possible to make the mouse cursor stay onscreen during races?

I'm disabled and use a piece of software called alt controller to play using just the mouse cursor and would find it much easier if I could see the cursor during a race.

There's a YT vid of someone playing The Crew using the software and apparently they contacted Ubisoft about adding in this feature and the devs actually did it.
