I do not speak nor can I read Chinese but you seem to have an issue with a workshop item from what I understood of the translated text. Which mod do you have issues with exactly? Maybe it's a mod which requires another mod to work properly. Could you please link me to the mod you have problems with? Maybe this guide can help you:
